Oji Group aims to carry out initiatives to enable its diverse human resources, regardless of gender, age, disability or nationality, to actively assume roles at work to ultimately strengthen the Group’s competitiveness with their diverse values and ideas.

Nurturing of corporate climate

Under the belief that changing the mindset of management-level employees and their behavior are particularly important, we are carrying out training and other activities to foster correct understanding of top management’s thinking and of diversity promotion, as well as to further instill the Group’s policies. We also conduct awareness surveys as an indicator for evaluating how widespread promotion activities are.
