Of the Representative Concentration Pathways (RCPs) adopted in the fifth Assessment Report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which indicate the amount of temperature rise from 2018 to 2100 according to the CO2 concentration relative to the average surface temperature from1986 to 2005, we refer to the “reference scenario with high emissions and a temperature rise of 2.6 to 4.8 degrees Celsius (RCP 8.5)” for the physical impact and the “reference scenario with low and stable emissions and a temperature rise of 0.3 to 1.7 degrees Celsius (RCP 2.6)” for the impact of regulations, and collate information about the following:
