Oji Holdings Corporation (President: Hiroyuki Isono, Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce a comprehensive renewal of the brand design for the company and the entire Oji Group. This includes the introduction of a new global brand mark and tagline. The new design will be gradually implemented starting October 1, 2025, for domestic Group companies, and January 1, 2026, for overseas group companies.
1. Background
Until now, the company and many of its group companies have used separate marks: one representing the group (introduced in 2012) [*1], and another representing the company (introduced in 1996) [*2].
In 2023, the company celebrated its 150th anniversary. Looking ahead to the next 150 years, the Oji Group is entering a new phase of management. As a corporate group committed to contributing to global sustainability, we are urgently working to transform our business portfolio through operations rooted in forest resources. To clearly communicate this commitment to all stakeholders and to ensure the successful execution of this transformation, we have decided to renew our global brand mark and tagline, and to unify the group and company marks.
The Oji Symbol [*3], which reflects the company’s history and the trust and technologies it has cultivated, will continue to be used on company badges and flags.

2. About the New Mark and Tagline
The new global brand mark features the word “OJI” set against a backdrop of vast forests and a clear blue sky, symbolizing the rich natural environment. This design represents the Oji Group’s commitment to growing forests and utilizing them to enrich people’s lives. The three colors used in the mark express flexibility and the brilliance of diverse individualities.
The tagline “Dedicated to Sustainability” is the slogan of our Long-Term Vision 2035. We remain fully committed to ensuring that our business activities contribute to the sustainability of the global environment.
Through the introduction of this new brand design, the company aims to strengthen the Oji Group’s brand image and foster a sense of unity across the entire group. In diverse business domains around the world, we will continue to take on new challenges as one unified group, striving to help solve the issues faced by our stakeholders.
