Nature-related Information Disclosure in line with the TNFD Recommendations
In January 2024, Oji Holdings registered as a TNFD Early Adopter and published the Oji Group TNFD Report 2024 in September of the same year. The Oji Group TNFD Report 2025 marks the company's second release.
This TNFD report discloses nature-related issues that the Oji Group faces and its initiatives in line with the four pillars of the TNFD recommendations, governance, strategy, risk and impact management and metrics and targets.
Specifically, this report focuses on forestry. We report on the progress and outcomes of activities undertaken to achieve the nature-related targets set in 2024, biodiversity assessments conducted in company-owned forests in Japan, and the investigation and management of suppliers. Furthermore, we disclose the Nature Transition Plan aligned with the Kunming-Montreal Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
