Date	10 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2022 (The reception desk is scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m.)
Place	Oji Holdings Main Building 7-5, Ginza 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan ＊In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, please refrain from attending the meeting in person on the day of the meeting and instead exercise your voting rights in advance. ＊Courtesy gifts will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
